Why I Design And Develop Websites In And Around New Orleans
It’s great to be back in New Orleans and finally doing something else I enjoy. My name is Monica D., that’s short for Dillon, and web design in New Orleans and beyond has become a passion of mine. In case you’re wondering, I was given the name - “Cyber Abolitionist” by my first client who felt that she had been liberated by her new website. She now updates it regularly and loves the fact that Google picks up her posts just a few hours after she writes it.
Why, has web design in New Orleans and beyond, become a great habit of mine, you might ask? Well, here’s a few reasons:
- First off, I’m a total geek
- I have an engineering background and decided not to return to engineer after the storm. I had to have someting feed my intellect
- I’m a musician and needed to get my own site redeveloped ( you can check it here Monica Dillon Music). That led me to this addiction I have now :-).
- It’s rewarding to educate clients on the real deal about the Internet and what really matters.
- The pay ain’t so bad
